Her goal was to find a home that met our needs and desires, and in a location that was peaceful, quiet and included elements of nature. One that we "loved", not just thought was "okay." She found the one we do love, and respectfully negotiated a price we could afford. She then led us through all the documents and paperwork required to purchase and close the house, explaining everything in terms we could understand. It is such a personal experience to sell the home you are living in, and purchase your dream home for your family. Candi understands this, and was with us every step of the way! The professionalism, and knowledge of our area, and it's inventory was so valuable in helping to prepare us to sell our home. Not only was she able to help us sell our home very quickly, she was able to help us locate and negotiate our dream home! Candi is a master at communication, follow through, consistency, and responsiveness! It is hard to find anyone in any field with a work ethic that she displays. She was an absolute bulldog when it came to helping us stay on track throughout the process of buy and selling, which decreased the stress on my family immensely! My husband and I have dealt with real estate agents in transactions in the past and they don't hold a candle to her professionalism and hard work. I cannot recommend her enough.

She would send me different houses to look at within my budget & meet up with me to see them if I wanted to. She helped me figure out a ball park price of my mortgage when we'd look at house which was super helpful. When I found my home she explained the steps to go through & the paperwork I had to sign. She was available by phone, email, & text for questions. She was available every step of the way. If I ever have to buy &/or sell again I'll definitely use her expertise again. I'd recommend her to my family & friends too.

"Candi Hosick went above and beyond my expectations. She was so great at the whole process of selling our condo. I had a list of questions for her when meeting her and by the time she went through the process with me there was no questions for me to ask her because she already answered all my questions. She came so prepared and had the Sale & Listing Agreement, Liens, Comparative Market Analysis, Real Estate Laws, etc and mind you she had less than 24 hours to gather all the information. She had an Open House in the first week and found a buyer. She walked me through every step of the way, always available for questions and made it so easy for me to understand and really had our backs.
